I had an amazing experience with a front desk operator named Tye and the medical assistant to Dr Chadhuri. I needed consult notes for a mutual patient of ours and Tye was so kind and patient and stayed on the phone with me while the MA faxed everything until I received it. That kind of service is rare and I was grateful. These employees must be well treated to offer service like this.
Have had no issues with actual providers intil recently, in June 2025, FNP-C Vesna Radivojevic has seen me twice, told her I'd been having chest pain lately, she said she looked in my file and I'd had an ultrasound of the heart in July 2023 and it was good, and things don't escalate that quickly. Had she ACTUALLY LOOKED in the file she'd have seen that I had a 2nd heart attack in Feb 2024, with a new stent placed, I miss Heather for sure, the main problem is the company "inter mountain incompetent healthcare".
