I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to the ER at about 5:30am today with excruciating flank plank. They told me to sit and wait in the waiting room. After about 10 minutes of me feeling like I was dying and sobbing they called a man back that had a cut on his hand. I approached the receptionist and asked how long of a wait and she had no idea. In and out ! I went in for my toddler. I just needed to hear another day of ears on if she was okay after her injury. They were able to get her comfortable and treat her with patience. Thank you !!
