On Thursday August 28th at approximately 12:31am a woman who presented herself as an RN named Carrie rudely approached me while I was on an important family call she did not say excuse me nor did she identify herself at first. Amazing experience! Wait time was less than 10 minutes! The registration desk actually acknowledged my urgency to see a provider! Dr. Erica Colvin is a fantastic ER physician! She spent 15 minutes listening to me and then asked me if I was comfortable with the care options! Amazing! She is the first person to ask me “how are you managing this stress?” I have never had any bad experience with Intermountain! Thank you so much guys! Love you all!
Neda Khademi Worst treatment ever. A group of emotionless people gathered there just to collect money. I wished I was taking the reviews seriously. 2 starts is a lot for this place. First they said they would take my insurance info, but they did not. I was lucky to check my phone and see they sent me a message without telling me. My mom has leg edema, chest and leg pain, and we went to check it out, but Dr Brandon Wolsey would rush us and would not give us time to ask questions. Didn't give us any treatment or anything, all we came here for was a simple chat and no treatment, what the hell guys, do your job better, the male nurse didn't tell the doctor what my mom has mentioned about her chest pain even though she told him to.
