Went here for a uti. Staff sent me to a psych ward and never figured out my uti. Saw a urologist not affiliated with Intermountain and they did an advanced test and gave me the right antibiotics. Staff was rude and condescending. Don’t waste your time here. They’re just there for the paycheck.

BEWARE!!! This company is not above breaking federal protections. They will bill you more just to see who will pay it. I went for a mental health emergency which is protected by federal law. The support staff is no help and just wants to tell you you’re wrong. This company is disgusting.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Intermountain’s urgent care. The place felt completely disorganized, and we waited an incredibly long time to be seen. For a facility that calls itself “urgent care,” the amount of time we spent waiting was very frustrating. I understand that some patients may need to be prioritized based on the severity of their condition, but the lack of organization and communication made the experience even more frustrating. I came to the ED today (actually still here as I type this) because i crashed my dirtbike and broke a bone in my knee. Dr. Hilton was a total Rockstar. I knew what was happening at every step of the visit and he kept up on my pain, even when I was afraid to take the meds. My first RN, Alyssa was so amazing. Dr. Erin Palmer was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for during such a difficult and painful time. She was so kind, attentive and knowledgeable, and I genuinely felt like she listened to me, took my symptoms seriously and did everything she could to help me feel better.
