If you’re currently having a medical emergency, do yourself a favor: keep driving. Seriously. Take the extra 20 minutes to go literally anywhere else. It’ll be faster than the security line here, which is essentially a TSA checkpoint without the professionalism. ​My wife is sitting here with severe head trauma a lump the size of a grapefruit and we’re two hours deep into a wait that has no end in sight. I had a horrible experience at this emergency room. I was struggling to breath due to complications from Influenza-A and they took an hour to bring us back to our room, when we were the only patients in the whole lobby. Nurses and staff alike were on their phones, chatting, and otherwise just hanging out and not seemingly working on anything of extreme urgency. I truly trusted this place after having my daughter at the hospital. I arrived with very swollen lymph nodes and in a lot of pain. I was immediately treated for ovarian cysts and was told I would be having an ultra sound. After the ultrasound I was told I would have a CT scan and the next doctor came in and discharged me trying to above pain pills at me and told me to follow up with my PC. Completely disrespectful unorganized staff tha dont communicte what is going on in someones treatment. They commit nutritional neglect when someone's on a feeding tube (didn't feed the patient for almost a full 12 hours). They very disrespectful to any and all family members who choose to support their loved ones while in this horrid hospital. I've had to contact relations and the administration twice now and nothing has changed. I would not recommend bringing your family here if you want them to have proper medical treatmen... read more

Whether it’s a diabetic emergency or extreme sciatica pain to the point of being unable to sit or walk without crying, they make you wait over an hour before giving any sort of update of when they can take you back. Good luck getting seen before the 2 hour mark. Nurses are snooty. Never had a good experience here.
