Dr. Slack is awesome, so that's the only reason for the 2 stars. Otherwise, the people who run the clinic don't care about the patients who attend this clinic. I was charged $300 for a 15 minute video call, which obviously is outrageous. I've called IHC corporate office who were less than useless, talked with 2 ladies at this clinic who gave me hollow promises that they would "talk with the manager about it and get back to me", and no contact has been given to me since. I was referred to Dr. Slack and I only have positive things to say. This is the first time I have never felt rushed in a doctors office. Dr. Slack was very knowledgeable, so kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It is clear he cares about his patients and I would recommend him to everyone I know, who is looking for a new health care provider!
I saw Dr Carroll and have never been treated worse by a doctor. He was extremely dismissive and when I told him I felt that was he became overly condescending. I would never recommend anyone to see him! It was a horrible experience.
Fantastic care. Dr slack is thorough, kind and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!
