Went on line, checked appointment availability for new patients (within the next 30 days according to the website) but when I called, I couldn't be seen until mid-May. If I wanted to be lied to, treated like I don't matter, and pushed out, I'd stay at the VA.
I’m new in town and needed to establish a primary care doctor. I’ve been going through some difficult circumstances physically and mentally. Dr. Shanks was so supportive and caring, I felt like I was part of the family. Yvette, Veronica and Yiset from the front and back office were equally wonderful. I’m so happy I chose this location for my healthcare and plan on returning soon. Highly recommend! Thank you all so very much!
Very friendly staff. The Doctor was very attentive of my needs. The CNA took care of me, he was very gentle when giving my shots.
