They have self-service computers where you answer some registration questions, and the staff watches you sign in on the device. But no one tells you that you also have to finish registration with a staff member. All they have you do at the desk is sign a couple of forms on a tablet. I was in registration and labs completed within 15 min! I get anxious when I have to meet a poke. Molania (could have her name spelled wrong) did great at making it a quick friendly expirence, with no bruises!
