I wish I could take my business elsewhere, but insurance is through them so... They NEVER send billing info, EVER, and their website is impossible to navigate. Half the time, the billing info is missing or non-existent until I get a notice from collections, which is also conveniently lacking info on how/where to pay my bill. This has happened multiple times. I shouldn't have to spend forever trying to track down my billing info and how to pay it.
