Dontai Warner, PA is my new provider, I appreciate that she took the time to read my chart and to better understand everything that is listed on my problem list, she took the time ask questions and to listen to my concerns, I am happy that she has agreed to be my provider, I appreciate her and her nurse Megan, both are very personable and professional.
