I gave them one star because the first time I went in they did fix my kidney infection after me following up multiple times. However I am writing this review because whatever communication system they use is ridiculous and needs to be fixed. I went in two weeks ago to get tested for a UTI after about a week of waiting for my results I called in to see if they had gotten them back yet. Billing is a disaster, simple procedures require you to call multiple numbers over 20 minutes to just get a price request and then they take a week to get back to you. More interested in trying squeeze every penny rather than do the work.
Dr. Heiner was great to work with. Unfortunately his office staff were rude and unhelpful. I’ve been trying to schedule a surgery and make arrangements and his office staff won’t confirm that I’m even scheduled. It’s been incredibly frustrating to be dealing with pain and have office staff brush you aside.
Dr. Heiner is the ONLY doctor I've met that understands almost everything about his field and his own skill set. I went to three other doctors trying to solve a problem that no one could fix. Finally when I met Dr. Heiner he immediately suggested a test and we found out the issue instantly! He performed the surgery himself and all went well. Now I'm due for another surgery and he knew exactly which doctors were the best for this operation and recommended me to two different skilled doctors. He also understands how finicky in... read more
