Update as of January 2026 it’s becoming more and more corporatized, wait times are taking a lot longer staff are still very friendly but seem stressed and just overall it’s changed and when you walk in you automatically feel the low morale, as patients that’s not a good sign. It scares me to see what’s to come and it’s becoming more and more like conveyor belt and less and less like personalized centered care. This clinic incorrectly coded some typical lab work for my blood and my insurance ended up denying it because the code was too broad. This is blood work that I’ve had done previously within Intermountain health and was covered by my health insurance. I’ve spoken to both Gina Lopez, and John Martin on several occasions concerning this over the course of the last eight months and neither one has been able to help me or follow up.
