I've been trying to schedule a Dexascan since last week. I've called multiple times and been left on hold. I tried again today and hung up after 20 minutes on hold. Not sure what's happening.
Everyone at Altaview Imaging treated me with kindness and respect. I was feeling very concerned and worried about the ultrasound and possible results so I really appreciated everyone’s friendly approach. The smiling woman at the main registration desk and the friendly women at the imaging check-in desk helped me feel less stressed. My MRI was fast and they made me comfortable while doing procedure
I thought that the Alta View Imaging Dept treated me fantastic. Even a male nurse practitioner helped me put my edema Velcro stockings back on cuz I have multiple fractured ribs. Thank you Alta View staff!
TLDR; scheduling is a nightmare Spoke to someone named Jessica (?) to schedule an MRI. She seems to have accidentally signed me up for an appointment without my knowledge and then canceled it, also without my knowledge. When she canceled it, it removed the doctor's order from the system, so I can't schedule the appointment anymore. She then lied that my insurance was out of network, presumably so I wouldn't try to schedule, because now that SHE canceled it without me even knowing, I need to go back to the doctor to get a new... read more
