Refused to bill a well check as a well check and cost me $250 extra. This was with Dr Lowry.
Disappointed in IHC billing. Went for an annual physical exam as a new patient that was expected to be complete covered by insurance. Preventative. Everything seems fine but they decided to bill a bunch of things that insurance won’t approve. New patient billing fee, etc. won’t be returning.
Leigh Simpson is truly the best! She listens and gives you her undivided attention. I feel so comfortable in knowing that she is there for me and cares about my well-being. Kortney, the nurse/MA is professional and kind. She immediately puts you at ease the minute you walk in the office.
