UPDATED Aug 1, 2025: I am down grading my review from 5 stars to 1 star because of my call with Damian today. I called and spoke with Damian because my Yamaha golf cart had developed a problem. It randomly would shut down while driving. Turning the key to Off and then back to On, or putting the Forward Reverse rocker switch in Reverse, then Forward would immediately resolve the problem. After some discussion with Damian, we ordered a golf cart and were told it would be super quick to receive and would be delivered in a week, so this was a Tuesday and because the Monday was a holiday the delivery would likely be a Tuesday or Wednesday, it was coming from Utah. We were super excited because we had family coming and were happy it would arrive in time. I had the most amazing experience with Intermountain golf. Being a widow I was not sure what was wrong with my cart. Not only did they fix the problem but explained to me how to prevent it in the future. What a relief. I am forever grateful.
