1st call guy seemed super cool, gave me a price on the phone but he was headed out of town so asked for me to call back the following week. 2nd call, call back to order battery for cart that was priced. He was headed out of town again close to holiday totally understand. Was asked to call back the following week. 3rd call, called back stated why I was calling, mentioned price I was told from first call asking if he had checked further into that to get accurate price and availability. Joe is the most knowledgeable about golf carts and very handy when fixing them. Mine had a hitch in its get along. Press the pedal and it might or might not go. Very irritating when on the course. Joe knew exactly what was needed and even looked up the part for me. It was easier and less expensive for me to buy the part and he offered to install it for me. When I stopped by with the cart and part, the part wasn’t exactly right. He was able to shave a little bit on a piece that it didn’t matter on and made that part work. He ... read more
