Amazing staff! Super nice
I called Intermountain Feed to ask about a product but got their voicemail. I left a message but didn’t expect a return call. To my surprise Brigitte called me back with information. They happened to be out of it but they expected a shipment that day. Brigitte said that she would call me back when they got the shipment in. Later that same day she called me back and said that they had received the shipment and the product I wanted was in plentiful supply. Now that is customer service!
