I had delivery here at Intermountain today, and I was there since 640 am to 1140 am. The forklift operator was looking like he is learning and training. The unloading process was completely zero. My load was supposed to unload in 30 to 1 hour but it took 5 hours. I was receiving calls that did they unload you? Oh my gosh very bad experience with slow work. My calls worked and someone show up with slow operating forklift. I miss my 2nd load cause of delay. Now I am in truck stop to get my next load tomorrow.

The staff here are warm and friendly. We made an appointment at 8am, arrived at 6am and left at 7:30am.
Este lugar es una porqueria jamas vuelvo a traerle una carga según tenia la cita de entrega a las 8 de la mañana y cuando llegue avia 6 trocas adelante de mi según esto y me tardaron más de 6 horas para descargarme y aparte me estaban brincando los lugares
