My doctor referred me to this clinic, and I recently called and found out that it will take 6-10 weeks for them to review my doctor's referral, to see if they will even take me as a patient. I'm sick and need care now. 6-10 weeks?! Really?
One worst endocrinology offices I’ve ever been to they will schedule you for surgery and you don’t even know what for let alone your hormones are out of whack. Causing other issues no help what so ever!! I’ll go any place else
So the reason I’m giving this place one star is because one of the receptionist who is a male is very rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me. I called to get some clarification of my appointment. He seemed like he was bothered by assisting me didn’t feel very comfortable. He had attitude while helping me and then when I told him OK, thank you sir. He just hung up without saying have a good day or anything and I just think you should have a professional attitude when working with the public. I understand people have bad da... read more
