The pharmacists have always been kind and answered all my questions thoroughly. I've been very impressed by this pharmacy and have switched from Costco because of their awesome service.
Prices are competitive to even better than what I've shopped for. Service is AWESOME. I've never had a long wait and the drive up is convenient for most transactions. Not in a grocery store so the impulse buying is removed. Friendly staff.
I was prescribed a medicine and I told the pharmacist about a reaction I would have to that medicine and he told me to just keep taking it. There’s a different medicine (albeit newer with no generic available, Xofluza) that doesn’t have that side effect and I should have been consulted about that drug too. I learned about it after the fact and after I had been nauseous and vomiting all night. I know IHC is incentivized to dispense generic drugs since your markup is greater.
