Took about 75 minutes. Ran me through a battery of hearing tests. Talked to me about the results.
Called to get an appointment and the gal that answered the phone was very short and ignorant and did everything possible to not schedule me an appointment, 20 minutes to set up an appointment. Got appointment and spent two hours in their clinic to tell me they could not figure out why I was dizzy and light headed. Went another clinic in Provo two weeks later and was diagnosed with Vestibular Neuritis caused by a virus. IHC is Not the best group to deal with.
I have been dealing with dizziness for weeks and was referred by my doctor to try this center. They have been amazing. After multiple tests I came back to see Joslynn for some physical therapy to pinpoint what was going on. Joslynn is amazing. She spent more then enough time with me hearing my concerns and making me feel confident that I can overcome the instability I have been feeling.
