Don't trust this audiology group. They said when I called that they were within my UHC network. I confirmed that the doctor is listed in Network (M. Norris) before I went to the TOSH building. When they submitted the billing to UHC, the submitting entity, Audiology ASC SLC is actually considered as out of network. The various tests and actions occurred within the TOSH building but they are also considered out of network. After four appeals, the bill has been denied as out of network.
