Terrible to work for. What other employees say is true the promised pay and hours won't be followed through. The disorganization and toxic work enviornment is out of control. The exploitation of employees is high. Get a job anywhere else. The customers may give good reviews, but employees are not taken care of here.

Scheduled call for ICS to clean a home I purchased. It was positively nasty dirty, smokers owned it prior. Their crew came in (it took two full days with at least 5 or 6 employees) and cleaned it from the floors to the ceilings. Everything. It was positively amazing. Their carpet crew is top notch and they stayed until it was perfectly spotless. That was my home.. now for my business, ICS does the floors, strip/wax, polish buff and keeps them looking like new.
