Got recommended to get my scans done here was told my insurance would cover it, little did I know I was in fact charged 5k for a Abdominal scan an insurance only took care of half. All to find out nothing what so ever an just take my money tried getting in touch with the billing department to no luck talked to about 3 people just to be told they cant work around my financial situation god forbid I want to make two payments a month rather than one. I will drop dead before I get conned into coming here again.
I truly do not have the words to fully express how incredible my personal experience with this oncology department is, but I will try. During one of my most terrifying and uncertain times of my life, they stepped in and became so much more than just a medical team. They got me in quickly, communicated every step with clarity and compassion, and never once made me feel alone in what I was facing.
