I don’t fully understand why I’ve had a referral sent in on the 8th of May and have yet to be called other then someone calling me to say they are going to call back to schedule me! NEVER HAPPENED… Kim seems to be the scheduler for “first time patients being seen” by the hematologist and she’s awful! She’s rude did not make me feel cared for or listened to! I highly suggest if you have a referral here for hematology GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…. you’ll never get scheduled (Also maybe a new scheduler if Kim can’t)
