Operator on the access line responds by dropping the call repeatedly without confrontation or explanation and falsely stating that they are "dominos pizza". I find this to be incredibly unprofessional. It would be understandable if there had been some kind of communication prior that prompted this behavior, but this is not the kind of response i would expect from the people in-trusted with a loved one's health. A simple explanation would have been plenty satisfactory. This occurred at 5:05pm today.

I was manipulated into coming here "voluntarily" after an involuntary hospital stay in 2017. I came with concerns of suicidal ideation and a severe eating disorder. throughout my entire stay, my eating disorder was not addressed in the slightest. in fact, I never ate anything at all the entire time I was staying here. staff often found me exercising in my room late at night and just chuckled. Amazing place i went in historical and out of my mind and I came out feeling great and i am so grateful to the nurses, doctors ,and the techs who Took their time Even when I didn't feel safe Help me feel safe and helped me get better This is an amazing place. thank you
