The Access center and it's staff were there to accept, support and care for a family member when she desperately needed it. Dr. Vasquez, Nathan Butler and EVERYONE there treated us with love, attention and guided us during a very difficult time. The outcome and healing process have been astonishing and ongoing care and support have been totally successful. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I (we) are forever grateful.

If I want to say that the staff is amazing I've been there quite a few times and have gained a rapport with them and it feels like I'm coming home to family when I am at my worst. Operator on the access line responds by dropping the call repeatedly without confrontation or explanation and falsely stating that they are "dominos pizza". I find this to be incredibly unprofessional. It would be understandable if there had been some kind of communication prior that prompted this behavior, but this is not the kind of response i would expect from the people in-trusted with a loved one's health. A simple explanation would have been plenty satisfactory. This occurred at 5:05pm today.

I was manipulated into coming here "voluntarily" after an involuntary hospital stay in 2017. I came with concerns of suicidal ideation and a severe eating disorder. throughout my entire stay, my eating disorder was not addressed in the slightest. in fact, I never ate anything at all the entire time I was staying here. staff often found me exercising in my room late at night and just chuckled. I was waiting to be admitted to a residential treatment center for my ED and was constantly fed lies and misinformation from the staff... read more
