Called about multiple times and nobody answered, called another few times and still no answer.....seems to be a customer service issue, will take my business elsewhere.
My dryer broke down on an evening on Sunday I thought for sure there was no way I was going to get a part to be able to fix it I happen to drive by Intermountain Appliance and seen their garage door open Phil was inside and hooked me up with the part that I needed even on his day off way to go Phil thanks
My washer wouldn't spin water out on the permanent press cycle. so I called Intermountain they came out replaced the mIn board, it still didn't work do I had him back and now the pump needed replaced. It still didn't work do he replaced the main board again. I told him it didn't sound right but he said I just needed to turn off the extra rinse and spin cycle. Every time he came out he wouldn't get the door back on and I had to fix it. And now that the machine won't spin the water out. I noticed the dryer isn't even on the wa... read more
