Terrible company to try and work with. We had no option and their customer service representatives are terrible
I’ve never been billed from this company and I was hit with a surprise letter that I’ve been sent to a collection agency for failure to pay the bill that I never received. My procedure was done in 2022 and I’m getting hit with the collections bill in 2025. They claimed they tried sending a bill. I believe this to be a blatant lie as a bill would have followed me to my new address as I had my mail forwarded. They also claim that I was sent to collections 2 years ago. Awful experience with them. Didn’t receive an invoice until 2 years later when i received notice from a debt collector. I had two insurances at the time of service and neither were billed.
Receiving a letter in the mail for my epidural almost 3 years after having my child is not something I was expecting. Especially since I had personal insurance and Medicaid during this time. I tried calling (with no answer) and hope I can get this settled asap. Will update to a less terrible review if something magically makes the situation better. But as with other reviews it’s not looking too good.
They've been harassing me with collection letters for over a year now for a bill that Medicaid told them they would pay. They can't even collect from Medicaid... Kinda embarrassing. Leave me alone and go and collect your money.
