Cheap company that doesn't want to take care of and pay their employees their worth. Never in my life have a seen a company pay a flat rate for vacation time earned. An employee averaging $34 an hour getting paid $18.75 for their time earned is a slap in the face. Same for holiday pay. Obviously, they can't afford payroll personnel that can figure out an average wage for Ytd or simply don't care. Useless company with crap policies. It's bad enough having to haul junk containers and worry about inspections and deal with staff... read more
