I've waited for over a year and a half for them to cancel my appointment. Don't waste your time.
Asked to see a doctor for memory loss concerns as a young adult. Saw a nurse for no more than ten minutes. She said I "seemed fine" when my concerns for long term and short term memory were not addressed. No a five minute survey about memory loss does not allow them to "conclude" I seem fine. Many people in my life have shown concern but according to Foden St., I am perfectly fine!!!
On the bright side, I do think a lot of the staff that work there (both healthcare providers and reception) are very nice and helpful. But the practice is super understaffed; it's really hard to get appointments (you have to book really far out) and when you call them you're on hold for a long time. Literally just now I have been on hold for 50 minutes and counting which has got to be some new heinous record for me. My continuation of dissatisfaction and disappointment of this facility is leading me to look elsewhere. To be a patient here for years - and have to reschedule or cancel an appointment with the knowledge of not being able to get back in for MONTHS is absolutely neglect to patient care. I can no longer get routine, annual physicals without waiting MONTHS on end. The care of this facility with patient needs has already been a massive failure with being tossed from doctor to doctor when a new issue arises. Doctors don’t listen.... read more
