Doc overdosed my family member into the ER ;(
The support staff and doctors are good , but now using the portal as a billing system, not a system to support good health is a negative and nobody clicks on a link in email to pay ...no really Portal is not easy to use
Called about a prior authorization as directed by the pharmacist and was rudely told it would take a couple weeks. I called back to check on it and was again spoken to in a disrespectful tone. The response was unnecessary as I was following instructions given to me. Maybe a refresher on how to answer the phones and speak with patients.
