Always kind, prompt, and professional.
The doctors and nurses are amazing, but the admin side of InterMed is an absolute joke. We have been seeing a provider at InterMed for years. This provider is stellar and is the reason we continue to put up with InterMed. The admin are taking on too many patients for the practice and it is making it so that patients cannot see their own primary care physicians. We have established care with a specific doctor and were just told that we don't get to schedule with them because they are full and our preference isn't their proble... read more
Drs. James Dunlop. Karyn King, Alida Leavitt and NP Bailey Isherwood have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful when seeing me in a timely fashion. Front offices at 100 Foden Rd. have greeted me as soon as possible.
Staff to patient ratio has decreased the outcome of healthcare services. This leads to providers being over worked, understaffed, and months upon months to get appointments. It takes 30 minutes to get on the phone with anyone. Set appointments often get rescheduled or canceled by providers. They expect you to be flexible but have zero tolerance for missed appointments or being 5-10 minutes late to appointments for patients.
