Purchased a pool pump and filter in March 2026. Was leaking by June through the pressure valve and body. After multiple trips back to the store once to get a new pressure valve ended up Valley Pool and Spa said we had to handle warranty directly with Intermatic. After paying additional money on other products to attempt to fix ended up having to reach out to warranty services. ST01 wall timer from hell. Don't buy it, run, run away from it. Whoever designed this thing has zero common sense and lives in some other universe. Sub menus for sub menus, templates, 20 second time outs, gotta love those so you can start your programming misery from scratch again. Directions, lmao, every time you stop to re read a step, and there are dozens of those, it times out and you get to start all over again. And you get to do it by trying to read an LCD screen that's the size of a stamp!!! Even AI gave up on it. Smf... read more

3 pool timers in 15yrs first one lasted 7yrs second 5 years. Price goes up Chinese made junk gets worse. No wonder they dont offer more than a year warranty yet charge hundreds for product. They know they wont last.
