Pool timer only lasted 5 years and cooked my $950 chlorinator GARBAGE PRODUCT...after seeing the call us to troubleshoot response what exactly are you going to do I obviously had to replace the timer for $80 and I'm out $950 for a new chlorinator if you want to know where to mail me a check for $1030 let me know
Horrible company, terrible customer service. They sold us a defective filter cover and did nothing to resolve the issue.
Not knowing how to solve the issue is one thing, not responding or letting months pass before doing anything is a whole other thing. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a Jacuzzi pool heater from Leslie pools and it developed a leak (under warranty). They forwarded me to intermatic as the company that fixes this problem.
