11 days since I had the most amazing facial from Jennifer and my face still looks firm and toned! Plant based magic. Seriously we need to bottle this stuff. I can’t believe it’s lasted �call me a believer.
I have been coming to this spa for years when I get the chance to be in Lampasas. The care and expertise I experience there is so far above the highest standards that no other facial or massage has even compared. The look and feel of my skin before and after is physically evident. Jennifer loves her job and her clients. I highly recommend you visit this spa!

If you want a massage, get one from Erin ☺️ The atmosphere is very calm, and comforting. I felt very refreshed and will definitely be back as soon as I can.
I was nervous to get a massage after a fall injury but Erin Montgomery did an amazing job and I walked out much better as was just what I needed to heal faster.

I've been going to Erin for almost two years. She relaxes all my sore muscles, applies the perfect pressure, and is always introducing new techniques. She always greets me with a smile, is professional, and an all around awesome person. I make the 40 minute drive each month to Interlude Spa and never mind the drive, because I know the massage will be the best!

Erin has the magic touch! She has relieved me of muscle spasms, migraines, and TMJ pain. She literally puts me to sleep when no one else has ever been able to do so.
