RecommendedFast service fair price is good people to work with
I bought a home that was equipped with a 20RES Kohler generator. I wanted to get service and Interlock Electric's website seemed to be the best fit. I first called September 14 to set up a service appointment, but although the lady answering the phone said I would get a call back. I didn't but tried again. Sometimes I spoke to someone in the service department, but again no call back to set up an appointment. I tried emailing the request, but again no response.
Awesome is the only way to describe this firm. Honest, ethical, fair and really, really good at what they do! They fix things that break quickly and build solutions that operate reliably.
