I had a positve experience with interlock of New Jersey. I was stressed going into it, but they made the whole process easier than I expected. The staff was friendly, didn’t make me feel judged, and explained everything in a way that made sense. The install was quick and smooth, and they got me in and out without any hassle. Definitely appreciate how professional and respectful they were.
I am very pleased with how the past three years working with interlock device of NJ have gone. The staff treats everyone with respect, and their one price with included calibrations worked great. I do have one major issue though. After doing everything correct on my end. The day I was able to do my final download all locations were closed For a staff meeting. While paying for the unit everyday, and being in compliance I was made to wait an extra day and put myself in a stressed situation of being able to go to the dmv to hav... read more
