Would recommend! Friendly owners. Easy to get in and out of. Property is always clean.
Cobwebs everywhere looks partly in disarray. Got there customer service over the phone could barely understand or speak English. No actually worker there ever she says. Buildings aren't very well marked the indoor units u have to open a unmarked garage door to get to them which customer support can't explain. Then once the garage door opened to the interior units it wouldn't come down. Paint and cleaner bottles pulled up in conner of interior. Mostly empty. The previous tenants seemed to use the woods behind as a dump area.
Super helpful and kind during interactions. The call back fast and are on top of any and all problems that may occur. I've been renting multiple units for a few months and have had any problems what so ever. I highly recommend them for your storage services.
Needs better customer service and a plowed parking lot
