Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for employment opportunities. Assemblers are treated very poorly and pay rates are laughable. Sub-par equipment, sub-par training and flawed directions are offered, while nothing but perfection is expected. You will be used for your suggestions and then let go. No future available for career. Keep looking for employment elsewhere or another company for your assemblies. Dishonest management/owners. 5 star ratings paid for by a social media "coordinator" Their rating is actually much lower.

Let me start by saying there are some really great people working at this company. Then there's management/owners. Dishonest, manipulative, narcissistic, and incompetent is a good start. Once you disagree in the slightest with their opinions, you're gone. Doesn't matter if you build great quality products, help them have their most profitable years EVER, help teach those around you, once they need a scapegoat you best watch your back.
