We’ve been neighbors for years and I recently had the opportunity to tour the current InterLnX facility—they have a secure, logical and well-organized physical space and clear workflow and team members seemed happy. Plus, I had the privilege to catch a glimpse of their expansion plans and I’m very excited for them.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for employment opportunities. Assemblers are treated very poorly and pay rates are laughable. Sub-par equipment, sub-par training and flawed directions are offered, while nothing but perfection is expected. You will be used for your suggestions and then let go. No future available for career.
