Professional and very helpful
I bought 27 retrofit windows and had 3 skylights replaced through Interlite Skylight several years ago, I would give them 1 star but decided to give them 2 stars for the skylights they installed were great but 3 of the retrofit windows we noticed water rushing in during 2 big storms . we called several times to see if someone could come out to fix the windows, finally resorted to another business to get a quote to repair the leaks and the contractor said the windows weren't installed correctly. We had double pane windows installed several year ago by interlite. 2 have leaked from the beginning, every time we get rain and a strong enough wind to push the rain under our eves. We have called at least 6 times over the years, and received no help. They do not stand behind their installation work. Very disappointing!
