Asked for and received a quote. The owner, Geoff, came to the property on 15 October 2025 to better understand the job. He asked me to clear garden approximately 900mm around the house for scaffolding. I did so. I rang them again on 6 November 2025 and was put through to Brad. He told me they had a staff shortage with roof plumbers and could not start the job until February / March (2026). It told him that was ok. Had roof instal booked for 10 weeks, 3 days before instal was advised maybe will start on the booked day but if not the next day. On the original booked day sent email asking when they would be arriving only to be told it will be another week. Poor communication and very unprofessional company. Would not use them again.
