Scott dragged this process out for months, wouldn’t answer texts or emails. I finally moved on to a different lender and got approved within a few weeks. Interlinc also did a hard inquiry on my credit report 3 times, why? What a waste of time, go with a different lender, esp if you’re self employed bc these guys couldn’t get it done and will just string you along for months.
Awesome company to work with! We had been trying to refinance for a while, but because my husband is self employed, we hit a lot of hurdles. But thanks to Eric and his team, we were finally able to refinance our home for a cash out, and we closed in less than 30 days! Would highly recommend them!
