If you are selling your home and have a buyer that says they are using InterLinc Mortgage, RUN. They issued my buyer a pre qualification letter, never sent the guy to underwriting, told all of the realtors for weeks that everything looked great with the buyers financing and then on the 21st day of the financing addendum they wrote everyone some vague email that said the buyer didn’t have good enough credit. Laura was my agent. She worked all hours of the day to accommodate my crazy travel schedule! She even took my call at 11:30 pm and talked to me past midnight! She personally found me the best insurance rates to help keep my payments low and she did a ton of research to make sure my home was the best option for me! I could not have asked for a better tour guide and leader through this homebuying journey!
