The first time that Jordan and Sierra came to clean my house, they were fantastic. I booked a date with Sierra for her to come back to clean again on Oct 3/24. I contacted her by text 3 days prior and she answered that she would arrive at 8AM. I texted her back and said fine. She never showed up. I called her and left messages 4 times throughout the day and texted her multiple times also. No answer. This company is very untrustworthy and will lie and deceive you. I used to use this company to clean in-between guests at my cottage. Then on more than one occasion, they started lying, saying they completed a clean at my place without actually doing any work and then still invoiced us. They would send pictures of previous times they cleaned without actually showing up. When I tried to contact Sierra about this she stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. I attempted to contract this company to do some yard work this fall. I was told it would be done. The work was never done. This company is full of it, don't trust them. They ignore emails and phone calls and they seem to think it is ok to blame me, the people they work with and they don't take responsibility for their failure to communicate. I asked for information and communication several times but I was just ignored. Do not trust this business.

This summer I booked an appointment to clean my cottage for a summer rental. Sierra confirmed the appointment for the Friday, but called that morning that one of her workers had collapsed and needed to be taken to the Selkirk hospital. She promised to come with an extra helper the next day to complete the cleaning by noon. I compassionately agreed, but then she never showed up the next day and became unresponsive to calls, texts and emails.
