Overall: disappointing experience. Food was 8/10, but the service and treatment completely ruined what was supposed to be a small anniversary celebration with my partner. We were initially seated at a table, only to be asked to leave that table and moved to a couch with no proper dining table. We were left trying to eat off a small coffee table, which was incredibly uncomfortable and impractical. We came to this café because we were hungry and wanted a quick meal. The café was quite busy, but we were told our order of four burgers would be ready in 20 minutes. We ended up waiting for an hour. When we asked the waiter where our food was, they said it would be out soon. A few minutes later, they brought us burgers and fries that were completely cold. Two of us ate the food because we were very hungry, but it tasted terrible. The other two asked for fresh burgers, but instead of making new ones, the staff simply reheate... read more
