BEWARE! TRUCK CAME RETURNED BROKEN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to open up and MPI claim due to rodent damage. They came and picked up my truck promptly by a tow. Customer service was horrible. The female receptionist told me she would call with updates "the next day" ect ect. She never called once. I had to call to get updates. The calls were very abrupt. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! PAULA DOES NOT LISTEN OR TAKE INSTRUCTION NOR GIVE GOOD CLIENT ADVICE. I ADD MY RANGE ROVER TOWED INTERLAKE BIOHAZARD RESTORATION BY MPIC BECAUSE OF A RODENT CLAIM. Upon my examination of my vehicle, prior to delivery I found a MOUSE nest on the rear passenger fender well. I packaged the nest and fender as well related parts in a large plastic bag to avoid contamination and or loss of any parts or pieces. Took my rav4 there for a claim and I am more than happy with the results. Carpet was spotless, removed all the mouse nests, sanitized thoroughly, and repaired all the damages the mice caused. All was done in a timely manner, they kept me informed along the process, and showed me all the work involved after it was all done. Wonderful people and service.
