Experience. Years of experience in the furniture business, knows quality furniture, what it's worth, and what there's a market for. Same with estate sales. Likely best in town. Above all, the owner will be honest with you.
Was not impressed at all, a friend of mine contacted them about some items she was interested in selling. She texted pictures of several beautiful lamps, Spode plates and one if a kind Western art. The man she spoke to did not even have the courtesy or manners to contact her back to let her know that they were not interested in the pieces. He indicated the pieces were not high end enough for them, what a joke, these items are about as high end as you can get.
