This past week, I've had the great pleasure to interact with these wonderfully kind ladies, Pam (owner) Amy and Colleen at Interiors by Design off Hughes in Madison. Not only do they accept pieces for consignment, they also have beautifully unique gifts!! I am thrilled with my new Huntsville pillow! So glad I found this fabulous shop!! I have purchased several items (office desk and credenza) and have sold an office desk. They have a good selection and great prices.
I purchased a 9x12 used consigned Nantucket rug in the Madison location. Very pretty, but after getting it home and seeing the tag on back with name/style of rug, this exact rug is cheaper online. Just disappointed. I feel like I didn’t get a consignment price, since NEW shipped cost less. I asked the sales person and she said this rug new was several thousand dollars. I adore this shop!!!!!!!! Perfect mix of vintage/new. The only thing I will advise though: if you see something you love GET IT WHILE YOU CAN!!!!! Ha. One of a kind things you can miss out on if you hesitate!!!
