As a longtime customer, I have always been happy with the work from ISD. Our shutters and blinds still look beautiful after many years. Jennifer, Jessica and Doug are awesome!
We had a great experience from start to finish. The process was simple and seamless. Jessica came out to measure, brought samples so we could see the different options, and answered all of our questions. Once we made our selection and paid the deposit, they placed the order. About four weeks later, our shutters were ready for installation. The installer was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. ISD does great shades. We have used them to measure perfectly, and the installation of 16 shades, some for nice light shades in the dining room, and the kitchen, with black out in bedrooms and most recently in the family room for TV watching.
