Great experience. Loved working with Terri. Super knowledgeable and was went the extra mile to help us figure out what we wanted and guide us through the whole process.
This is a wonderful company. The back their lifetime warranty. They just replaced and 8 year old blind that ripped (due to constant sun exposure) and only charged the installation fee. They are a pleasure to work with.
ISD is a family owned company. The quality, attention to detail and installation is exceptional! I've used them for 3 jobs and happy with each one. Once, I went with a cheaper company and was terribly disappointed. I'll stay with ISD for our future window treatment.
