Be aware that you must use their tile installers (at twice the going install rate per square foot) or you will be assessed a 25% surcharge, or, as they put it, you will lose the inherent "discount" in the original quote. I have heard this is not standard practice across the other tile stores in the area because I called all the major stores In Watertown who told me so. I had a terrible experience with Interior Stone. The installer broke the granite during the install so they brought back 2 pieces causing me to have a 1/4 inch seam down the middle of the workspace. The grout color had nothing to do with the granite color and one side was measurably lower than the other. Int Stone argued with me about fixing it. 2 Years later the seam has already let go. Interior Stone is the best in the business. Joe the owner is hands on and great to work with. Joe works with you from the start of your project until the project is completely finished. I went in not knowing what I was looking for and Interior Stone showed me many different counter materials from granite, marble, and caesarstone and explained the pros and cons of each material.
