Our experience with Interior Secrets did not meet expectations. Despite multiple visits to the Melbourne showroom, the delivered products presented significant issues. A substantial investment was made across multiple items. The initial dining table arrived damaged and required a return, leading to an extended wait before an alternative selection was made. I am a member of a club which gives me a discount to this store. Couldn’t use the discount because it’s in a financial year and it’s already discounted. This is not fair on the customer that has the advantage with membership discounts.
