Awful experience don’t use them. They can not cope with the work load there. We waited a month for someone to come out to detect a leak which was urgent. We asked for repair and a new liner ……. Nothing nobody got back to us after calling emailing and contacting them through their web site. Find someone else for your pool needs. We won’t be using them to close and open our pool moving forward.

I waited a week for my appointment, the technician cancelled on the same day and we were told that they wouldn’t fit us in to reschedule for another week. I took today off of work for the appointment, little regard from the manager for my time or an effort to make a more timely effort to reschedule, lack of total regard. We are told they are too busy. Perhaps this company has too many clients to care about new ones.

Highly rate my experience specifically with Shannon in office and Jordan on site. Jordan went above and beyond his visit at our place to ensure I was as confident as could be.
