We got a hot tub second hand and had them come out to help us have a look as it wasn’t heating properly. The guy was supposed to come at 8am didn’t show up until 4pm with no call or communication. Changed 1 part, charged us $400, left without it working and told us to do a test run. We emailed results back as he instructed. We got a call a few days later asking us why we emailed. We told them that’s what the repair guy told us to do and they said it would be another $250 for him to come out and have another look. Felt very s... read more

Good quality construction, Matt and Jay are phenomenal but otherwise not overly impressed. They changed the schedule after we paid the deposit. They prioritized several other jobs over ours which caused delays. Communication is not good and you need to chase them to learn what is going on with your pool build. Their contract is one sided in their favour. Be sure to ask questions and fully understand the process up front.
Wanted to give a huge thank you to the staff and ownership of Interior pool for the amazing new pool liner installed this past spring . The process was informative, efficient not to mention the beautiful liner that was installed. I also used their pool maintenance , pool opening ,closing services and was always pleased with the service quality , information and pricing . I would highly recommend this company !
Jordan and Lisa came to close our pool today as booked - I've had other pool companies not show up at all! Jordan was extremely helpful and even took the time to educate us new pool owners on how to change our filters. We will be booking them for our pool opening next year and some more education time as well!
