I don’t know how they stay in business. Customer service is almost non-existent. Phone is never answered. Voicemail is never returned and email responses are slow.
Jonna was very helpful and super-patient in helping us choose the interior surfaces for our new home!
Poor customer service. I have called multiple times and left messages and no return call. I emailed the contact on their website- nothing. Very disappointing.
