Mandalay Jasper Community hired this contractor and like other 1 star reviews, they don't show up and when they showed up, they are not prepared, no replacement materials and its frustrating. I want to give negative star to this company. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Very helpful helping me locate the same wood flooring they installed 7 years ago!
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Called several times no answer. Even called the GM, no response. Craftsmanship is terrible. Have had several people tell me the floors were installed improperly. 20+ hollow tiles, grout deteriorating everywhere on a 2 year old home. Will be taking further action with the Yavapai board of directors and better business bureau.
Worst experience of my life. If you're building a home and the contractor uses Interior Logic (Capstone Homes, Toll Brothers and others), find another builder. I paid top dollar for upgraded cabinets, closed on the house 7 months ago, and i still don't have working / functioning cabinets. Countless phone calls, text messages, emails and time spent trying to get it done- no luck. I'll be filing a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and will likely hire someone else to complete the work.
My builder used this company and they have been nothing but a constant source of aggravation. Not only did they mess up on the selection for my backsplash that caused an 8 month delay, but dealing with them is a nightmare. Today is the second time I had an appointment for them to come out and fix one of several issues with my kitchen and once again they did not show up or even call to warn they would not make it.
