Unprofessional and abusive care aides. Some of them were observed screaming at the client when they thought they were alone with a disabled client. One simply stormed out of the house at the beginning of her shift when she was caught screaming at the client by an unexpected family member. The client was left fully undressed and unable to dress on their own. Unacceptable and highly unprofessional behaviour!

Parking is a nightmare. Basic services vastly overpriced. Claims to be affiliated with CBI on phone, then lets you know they cut ties with them over a year ago at the office. Wastes your time. Avoid.
