Been going here for a long time now, great staff that have always worked very hard to ensure I was getting the best care, and always felt welcome here!
Gentle, patient, kind. I've had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic. Important to note - they are by appointment only.
Brought my daughter here for her vaccines and the volunteer staff in the waiting area as well as the nurse who gave her the vaccines made the experience 100x more stressful. The volunteer was upset my *2 month old* was crying and kept trying to pressure me to feed her to stop the crying - I informed her she wasn’t hungry and she continued to pressure me, ask questions and then proceeded to say “she’s clearly your first child”. They don't answer phones. Tell you wrong location. And then give WRONG advice. I have a long term skin and vein issue. Nurse didn't even look at it and told me to get me a medication that would get me sick.
